This 70-minute class offers a well-rounded, full-body yoga sequence designed to support and maintain all aspects of your practice. It draws from each of the major asana groups to build strength, enhance mobility, and cultivate balance. The sequence begins with upper body strengthening in Adho Mukha Svanasana and Sirsasana preparation, moves into dynamic leg work with Utkatasana, and builds core stability through variations of Pavanamuktasana and Urdhva Prasarita Padasana. Key standing poses such as Trikonasana and Virabhadrasana I are included, along with the energising backbend Ustrasana.
