Incredible class Rod, it felt much longer than 45 minutes!. Chronic back pain since pregnancies has worsened during the pandemic and reduced strength due to ageing is much more pronounced. I will do this again tomorrow but what could I alternate it with to start to build strength back up and re-establish direction in my home practice?
