The next section of the class looks at improving the strength of your wrists. Weight bearing poses like adho mukha vrksasana (handstand) and vasisthasana are included. The final section of the class troubleshoots poses that are commonly difficult for people practicing with wrist stiffness or difficulties. Poses such as urdvha mukha svanasana (upward facing dog pose) and purvottanasana are included with modifications to help reduce wrist strain.
