Focus: The focus of this 30 minute class is relaxation. All of the poses included here will help to relieve stress and soothe your nervous system. It will be well suited to times when you are feeling lower in energy and needing to rejuvenate.
The class could be used before bedtime to assist with getting a good nights sleep. It could also be used or to help combat illness, or aid recovery. It could also be helpful at any time when you are looking to slow down and reduce stress levels.
