This weeks intermediate class focusses urdhva dhanurasana (bridge pose). It looks at different methods for working with this fundamental backbend.  There are many reasons why people struggle to independently lift up into this pose. It may be because of restricted mobility in your shoulders or upper back. It may be a lack of strength; or lack of confidence; or it may be that you haven’t yet found the right approach to suit your particular body. This class will help you to explore techniques for safely approaching urdhva dhanurasana.
