Focus: Practicing sun salutes can be an opportunity to condense a wider variety of yoga poses into a shorter session time. This class has you moving more energetically through a 30 minute sequence. During this time you will link surya namaskar with standing poses. In this particular class the teaching instruction will focus less on technique and more on how to transition from pose to pose. From standing poses you will then head towards abdominals. This class will be both energising and strengthening.
