This class focusses exclusively on seated twists. In many of our other videos this group of poses are included alongside poses such as forward bends or abdominals. This class gives you an opportunity to practice twists as stand alone poses. You will be guided through seated twists such as bharadvajasana and marichyasana III, as well as more specifically therapeutic chair twists. Twists have traditionally been thought of as cleansing poses. They are also great poses for releasing your back, and helping to improve the overall health of your spine.
