Focus: This class Includes a number of sirsasana (headstand) preparatory variations alongside a full sequence of standing poses. The class runs for a longer time duration and also includes setu bandha sarvangasana. The sequence as a whole forms a complete and balanced Iyengar Yoga practice. It will be an ideal transition class for people who are new to the intermediate level but will also challenge more experienced practitioners. This type of class can be regularly repeated. Standing poses are asanas to which we can continually return. With each visit new layers of understanding can gradually be uncovered.
