Focus

Relax and feel rejuvenated with this restorative yoga sequence. This class will help to soothe your nervous system and calm your mind. Use the class to unwind as you release tension from your whole body. Prioritise your health and wellbeing as you are guided through a variety of supported restorative asanas. Simple yoga prop arrangements are used where necessary to help you comfortably remain in positions for extended durations. This allows sufficient time for you to fully receive the benefit of each of these therapeutic postures. Breath awareness and basic yogic breathing techniques are also explored in the class. With regular practice, restorative yoga can be a powerful tool for reducing stress. It also helps you to rebalance during times when you are feeling unwell or lower in energy.
