Some of the asanas will help to improve mobility, some will strengthen the muscles that support your knees, some will help with injury prevention and others will be beneficial if you are currently practicing with knee problems. In addition to improving the overall health of your knees this class also provides a balanced general practice that incorporates a variety of poses from the standing and seated asana groups.
