Yoga For Arms and Core – Weekly Intermediate Class 216

Focus: Yoga for arms and core. This class will simultaneously strengthen your arms and your core muscle group. It is intended to be a challenging class for intermediate students. Weight bearing poses for your arms can help to stabilise joints and strengthen bones. In poses like chaturanga dandasana and lolasana this effect synchronises with actions that also tone muscles associated with core strength. This helps to improve harmony between the major muscle groups in the body. It can also give additional support to your spine and improve your posture, balance and overall stability. 

Key Poses: Chaturanga dandasana, lolasana preparation.

Equipment: Mat, 2 chairs, blanket.

Level: Intermediate

    Zo, dat was even een pittige les voor mijn armen.
    Kon het allemaal goed volgen en de kracht was ook nog in mij aanwezig.
    maar de tijd 35 min was inderdaad precies genoeg.
    Ja het is jammer dat je spierkracht na een bepaalde leeftijd achteruit gaat maar ik blijf volhouden hoor.
    Bedankt voor zover ik de lessen tot nu toe heb mogen volgen 🥰🙏🌿🌺🌿🙏🥰
