Express standing poses. A great, energising sequence to fit into a busy schedule. This weeks intermediate class on Yoga Selection can be completed in under 30 minutes. It features a selection of foundation standing poses including trikonasana, parsvakonasana, ardha chandrasana, virabhadrasana 1 & 2, parivrtta trikonasana, parsvottanasana and prasarita padottanasana. The class can conveniently be practiced inside a lunch break or any time when you are pressed for time. It relies on minimal yoga props.
