Focus: Standing poses are ideal when you are looking to condense a challenging yoga sequence into a limited amount of time. This weeks intermediate class on yoga selection contains nine asanas from the standing pose group. It alternates each pose with adho mukha svanasana to form a dynamic sequence that can be completed in under 30 minutes. The class flows from one pose to another. Instruction is given throughout to help with alignment without stopping to explore the detail in each asana. This energising class will help to sustain momentum in your home yoga practice whilst building strength and improving mobility.
