It features a selection of foundation standing poses including trikonasana, parsvakonasana, ardha chandrasana, virabhadrasana 1 & 2, parivrtta trikonasana, parsvottanasana and prasarita padottanasana. The class can conveniently be practiced inside a lunch break or any time when you are pressed for time. It relies on minimal yoga props.
