This 60-minute class offers a complete, balanced practice built around a broad selection of standing asanas and a full set of inversions. Emphasising classical alignment and sequencing, it uses minimal props. Key standing poses – including Trikonasana, Virabhadrasana I and II, Parsvakonasana, Ardha Chandrasana and Parivrtta Trikonasana – are presented in ways that will challenge experienced practitioners whilst reinforcing foundational precision. The inversion section features Adho Mukha Vrksasana, Pincha Mayurasana, Sirsasana and Setu Bandha Sarvangasana, taught without reliance on complicated prop set-ups. The result is a practical, accessible session for experienced students to consolidate technique and build momentum in their ongoing practice.
