A yoga practice that covers all areas. Each of the main asana groups are featured in this sequence. It targets your whole body and will be a great way of consolidating your entire yoga practice within the one 75 minute session. The class requires a bare minimum of yoga props. It is a faster paced practice that includes surya namaskar and a dynamic stepping action to and fro downward dog to transition between poses. In addition to standing poses, forward bends, backbends and inversions the class also includes some therapeutic shoulder work and some strength building poses.
