While standing poses inherently bolster strength and dynamism, they aren’t typically associated with energy conservation. Yet, they can be uniquely modified to support and nurture you, especially during periods of low vitality. Whether you’re navigating the challenges of a busy schedule, grappling with stress, feeling fatigued, or on the road to recovery from an ailment or injury, this session will guide you. We’ll be exploring modifications to five pivotal standing poses using helpful props like a wall and other yoga essentials. Breath awareness is emphasised throughout the entire sequence.
