Focus: Yoga and pranayama to help combat stress and anxiety. This class guides you through a series of breath related yoga poses and basic pranayama. In addition to reducing stress and anxiety the class will also help to rejuvenate depleted energy levels and improve your ability to mentally focus. It includes supported forward bends to calm your nervous system, active and passive chest opening poses where you can observe your breath and ujjayi pranayama from both a reclining and seated position. Classic restorative poses such as viparita karani and setu bandha sarvangasana are also included.
