This hour long class includes sirsasana (headstand) and sarvangasana (shoulderstand) alongside a challenging standing pose sequence. The class explores fundamental Iyengar standing pose techniques. Seven of the main standing asanas are taught in depth, with an emphasis being placed on actions that relate to your feet and legs.
