Yoga for stress relief. This 45 minute class features supported inversions and restorative chest opening poses. The sequence will help to calm your nervous system and release tension from the diaphragm region. It will be well suited to times when you are feeling stressed, anxious or overworked. It will also be an ideal practice if you are looking to unwind during the weekend or whilst taking a break from work. In addition to other rejuvenating poses the class also features a restful version of viparita karani that uses the support of a chair.
