Focus: This class features an extended selection of standing poses and inversions. It uses minimal yoga props and emphasises classical alignment and instruction. Most of the poses from the standing asana group are featured in this complete practice. Though suitable for a range of experience levels, this rigorous class is intended to challenge regular yoga practitioners. Inversions such as adho mukha vrksasana, pincha mayurasana, sirsasana and setu bandha sarvangasana are also included.
