Focus

This weeks advanced class on Yoga Selection is a faster paced vinyasa style sequence incorporating standing poses, forward bends and twists. The class is not dependent on specialist yoga equipment. It can be practiced using only a single blanket. This type of class will be ideal for times when you are travelling or away from your regular practice space. The class includes strengthening poses as well as poses that will help to improve mobility and maintain your overall practice momentum.
