Focus: This class takes an in-depth look at supta padangusthasana and its variations. It will be great for deepening your understanding of this extremely versatile pose. The class could be practiced after a session of backbends to release your back. As a stand-alone class it would also be ideally suited to times when you are experiencing lower back discomfort. A variety of other therapeutic and restorative applications are explored during the class.
