This weeks class follows a classic sequence of standing poses. You are guided through a comprehensive group of 15 standing asanas. Some poses that involve balance are included, as are strengthening poses, and of course poses that help to improve mobility and stability. For Iyengar practitioners it is important to regularly return to this group of poses to help maintain a healthy and balanced overall practice. This grounding style of class is well suited to times of instability or change.
