Focus

This class takes an in-depth look at the reclining kneeling poses supta virasana and paryankasana. Both poses are taught in stages that will make them accessible to a wide range of body types. The knee focus of these poses is then developed towards bhekasana. Eventually a version of niralamba sarvangasana is taught using a chair instead of a wall. This class has a specific knee focus within an otherwise classically balanced Iyengar sequence.
