In this class we focus on enhancing hamstring flexibility and balance through the exploration of Ubhaya Padangusthasana and Krounchasana. These foundational asanas, along with their relevant variations are presented in a short but structured sequence, unfolding in stages to ensure a gradual and safe progression. Related forward bends such as Paschimottanasana and Triang Mukhaikapada Paschimottanasana are also included, as well as hamstring related variations of Supta Padangusthasana and Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana. Practitioners with less flexibility can benefit from the inclusion of modified preparatory poses, while more advanced yogis can use these stages as a springboard to deepen their practice. Throughout the session, emphasis is placed on maintaining proper balance and alignment whilst working towards improving hamstring flexibility.
