    It was a great practice!
Although, I struggled in down dog where the blocks were 45 degrees to the wall and the wrists were facing the top of the blocks and fingers pointing down to the floor. My elbows started to shake and could not contain the shoulders.
    Any pointers on this Rod?

      Hi Ragini,

Thank you for your feedback and question. The variation that you describe having difficulty with is the hardest out of all the variations in that section of the class. Each variation gets incrementally harder. Hence if you are struggling with the hardest one I would suggest focussing more on the other variations. You will find with time that when you come to do the last one your shoulders and elbows will be in a better position to manage.
