Forward Bends, Inversions & Balance – Weekly Advanced Class 253

Focus: Forward bends, inversions and balance. Forward bends are the primary focus of this class. An extended selection of poses from this asana group are included alongside inversions such as sirsasana and niralamba sarvangasana. The concept of balance is explored in relation to these inverted poses but is also linked more generally across poses from the entire sequence. Poses such as utthita hasta padangusthasana are explored in both their supported and free balancing forms. Potentially precarious balancing poses such as ubhaya padangusthasana are also included. In addition to improving your sense of balance the class offers a comprehensive and challenging forward bend session.ย

    Echt twee top lesssen 253, heb er van genoten en heb alles kunnen doen behalve bij de gevorderde de laatste asana kreeg ik mijn hoofd niet meer uit de positie. maar ik blijf het proberen want de rest gaat gewoon super goed ๐Ÿ˜€
    Bedankt Rod van mij voor zijn prachtige maar zeer functionele methodiek .
    Ik voel mij echt momenteel 10 jaar jonger zoals ik nu in mijn tempel woon .
