In this class, we explore a range of forward bending postures, gradually working our way up to the challenging asanas of ubhaya padangusthasana and krounchasana. These poses are taught in a progressive manner, allowing you to develop your skills while maintaining a strong sense of balance and alignment. Depending on your experience and flexibility, certain preparatory stages can be condensed for newer students or less flexible practitioners, while more advanced students can use them as a foundation to build upon. Through this sequence, you’ll not only enhance your balance but also improve the flexibility of your hamstrings.
