Focus: Work your upper back and shoulders in this weeks advanced class on Yoga Selection. The class will extend on some of the ideas from this weeks “Thoracic Spine” intermediate class and gives experienced students the option of taking things further. The longer duration class covers some upper back opening variations of poses such as supta virasana and paryankasana. It also includes chair backbends before culminating with vrschikasana. This energising class will be helpful for improving your backbends and gaining mobility in your upper back and shoulders.
