This class features a sequence of classical standing poses alongside a complete and balanced set of inversions. It relies on minimal yoga props and practical alternatives are suggested if you are without any yoga equipment. Standing poses are asanas to which we continually return. They are ideally suited to times of renewing and restarting. Each time we revisit them new layers of understanding can gradually be uncovered.
