Focus: Yoga poses for your neck, shoulders and upper back. Discomfort in your neck can originate from poor postural habits and restricted mobility in your upper back and shoulders. This class will help to free up movement in each of these areas. It includes poses that will mobilise your neck in each direction within its range of movement. It will assist in reducing neck pain and diffusing tension from your shoulders and trapezius muscle. The class includes some neck friendly variations of standing poses and supported backbends. It also features some seated twists and reclining poses that bring a gentle, therapeutic traction to your neck.
