The class then transitions into a comprehensive selection of backbends, from foundational poses such as Dhanurasana (Bow Pose), Salabhasana (Locust Pose), and Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (Upward-Facing Dog) to more complex chair-supported Viparita Dandasana variations.
