Express Chair Backbends – Weekly Advanced Class 247

Focus: Express backbends. This class lets you condense a comprehensive selection of backbends into a short time window. A yoga chair is the only yoga prop used in this easy to practice class. In addition to building momentum with your overall backbend practice it also features variations that will target your upper back and open your shoulders. This type of practice will improve your access to key backbending asanas such as urdhva dhanurasana, dwi pada viparita dandasana and vrschikasana. 

Key Poses: .Urdhva dhanurasana, dwi pada viparita dandasana and vrschikasana.
