Yoga for arms and core. This class will simultaneously strengthen your arms and your core muscle group. It is intended to be a challenging class for intermediate students. Weight bearing poses for your arms can help to stabilise joints and strengthen bones. In poses like chaturanga dandasana and lolasana this effect synchronises with actions that also tone muscles associated with core strength. This helps to improve harmony between the major muscle groups in the body. It can also give additional support to your spine and improve your posture, balance and overall stability.
