The classes in this course evolve by consolidating what has already been learnt whilst adding some new poses and techniques. Expect that your legs will feel the strengthening effects of these poses and your hips will be starting to open.

  1. I love how each of the postures are broken down into steps, as it allowed me to focus on each part of the body separately. A fantastic class to really bring awareness to your posture and alignment in the pose. I have been doing yoga for a while, but this was a great class for working on refinement and precision. Thank you.

      Hi Grace,

Thanks for your feedback. We have been having some issues with our learning management system that are currently being rectified. Thank you for your patience and apologies for any inconvenience caused. Once it’s working you can mark the class complete by fast forwarding the video until it’s almost at the end and then allowing it to spontaneously finish. That way you can still record what you’ve done without having to replay the entire video.

      Hi Arden,

Thanks for your question. It’s a great question. It really depends on how you are feeling about what you have done so far. If there are areas that feel unclear then it is always helpful to repeat classes. It is helpful to revisit the basic foundations even for advanced practitioners. However if you are eager to move on and get some variety this is fine too. You can always come back to the course once you have completed it and do it again!
