Each asana is woven into a chain of linked poses that includes tadasana, uttanasana, adho mukha svanasana and eka pada rajakapotasana. The flowing connection between movement and breath can help to unlock stiffness and bring a sense of lightness to your twists. You can practice this energising class with minimal yoga equipment.
