Restorative Yoga – Weekly Intermediate Class 182

Join To Start Course

This class features a sequence of restorative yoga poses. Each pose is supported with yoga props. The supports help to preserve energy and give you the option of staying longer in poses. This allows extra time for the benefit of each pose to be received. Restorative yoga can be rejuvenating during times when you are feeling low in energy. This can be particularly helpful when you are stressed, overworked or unwell. It can also help to return a healthy balance during times when you have been particularly busy and unable to properly look after yourself. Practicing this type of sequence in the evening before bedtime can help you to get a deep and restful sleep. This class includes a variety of asanas from different pose groups. Each pose is adapted to maximise its potential for helping you to both physically and mentally relax.
