Nine poses to help you deeply relax. This class features key poses from the restorative yoga repertoire. Each one will help to calm your nervous system, combat stress and promote deep relaxation. Although it is great to include these poses in longer sequences, extra time is not always easy to find during busy periods in your life. For this reason an easy to practice 45 minute class such as this one might be the best fit. The set up for each of these restorative poses is relatively simple and accessible for home practitioners. The video guides you through each pose in detail, allowing you the space to relax and breathe.
