I wonder if you could do more of the standing poses with a side view? It’s hard to tell with no feedback if I am aligned.

Hi Damini, it is great to hear that you enjoyed the class. Yoga Selection does not offer live classes, we have pre-recorded classes only. As you have discovered, Rod is a great teacher and I am sure you will enjoy many more of our classes.
Enjoyed the class but it won’t let me mark it completed and I would enjoy keeping track
Hi Barb, you need to access the class through a Course page for the Mark Complete button to activate after the video completes. You do need to let the video run until the very end of the music before you can mark the class as complete.
