Twists are the main focus of this class. It will be a great sequence for helping to improve the health of your back. A wide variety of yoga poses require access to spinal rotation. Twists from standing, seated and reclining positions are all included in this class. Poses like this will help you to maintain a healthy range of movement in your spine and the muscles and connective tissue associated with it. They will also help to expand your yoga practice by making a wider variety of new poses more accessible.
