Join Rod for a Private Class

These 60 minute sessions are for individuals or small groups of up to three people. You will have total flexibility to focus on any aspect of your yoga practice in these sessions. They are open to all experience levels.

• Get some personalised input into your practice
• Troubleshoot a problem that you might be experiencing
• Get some therapeutic guidance on an injury, illness or health condition
• Learn how to modify poses according to your individual needs
• You can work on anything you like on a one-off or ongoing basis

Price: $150 Australian Dollars (Automatic currency conversion at checkout)

What time will this be in my location? 

This particular class time will be well suited to people located in timezones throughout North and South America, Oceania and some regions within Asia.

Please Note: You will be able to access the event 15 minutes prior to the below start time. You can use this time to meet Rod and ask questions.

WHAT WILL I NEED?

Yoga props will give our sessions more options. They are recommended but not essential. Ideally you will have access to some of the following:

• Yoga Mat
• 2 Blocks
• 2 Blankets
• Belt
• Bolster (optional)
• Yoga chair
• Access to a clear wall space

You will benefit from having ample lighting and stable internet connection.
