Strength and energy. Shake off lethargy, boost energy and improve strength with this class. It combines energising backbends with strength building poses for your quads, wrists, arms and chest. In addition to shifting your mood and strengthening your muscles this type of class will also help to build bone density and correct poor postural habits. Foundation backbends such as urdhva mukha svanasana, bhujangasana and salabhasana are featured alongside chest opening standing poses and strength building inversions. You can practice this class with minimal yoga equipment. It will leave you feeling stronger and revitalised.
