About
This short and dynamic class offers a focused, prop-free sequence designed to strengthen the abdominal muscles and tone the waist while building functional core stability. The practice works deeply into the musculature of the torso, supporting the spine, pelvis, and shoulders and helping to create a more integrated, steady body in a wide range of asanas. Developing abdominal strength not only improves balance and coordination but also protects the lower back, enhances posture, and allows movements to be performed with greater control and efficiency. The sequence includes key poses such as Paripurna Navasana, Pavana Muktasana, and Urdhva Prasarita Padasana, along with an energising dynamic transition where the legs swing from Urdhva Prasarita Padasana through to Halasana. This combination of controlled strengthening and rhythmic movement makes the class both invigorating and effective for building lasting core support.
