    • What about a really easy and delicious snack ?
      Energy bites
      400g dates
      200g almonds
      2 big spoons of coco oil
      4 spoons of non sweet powder chocolate
      2 big spoons of almond / hazelnut butter.

      Ground the almonds and the dates, mix in the other ingredients. When you have a paste, make bite size balls in your hands, put in the freezer for an hour and keep in the fridge.
      Can be kept for about 3 weeks, but it never lasts that long 😋
