Hi everyone,

Thanks for joining the Analyse Your Asana group! Hopefully this group will become a valued outlet for discussing your interest in this area. I hope you enjoy speaking with fellow yogis about all the challenges you have encountered with particular asanas. This topic is well suited to uploading photos. Please feel free to do so – as it will likely help others to understand more clearly what you are communicating.

We are really excited to be offering all of these groups to you. I have enjoyed getting to know many of you via email for some time now. I hope that via these groups you will enjoy getting to know your fellow Yoga Selection members as you exchange ideas and learn from each other.
