Advanced Level Criteria:

• Experience Required: Ideal for students with a minimum of two years of yoga practice.
• Class Preparation: You should be practicing from the Yoga Selection Advanced Weekly Classes and maintaining a regular home practice.
• Skill Proficiency: Familiarity with backbends and inversions (or alternatives) is expected.
• Equipment: Access to and familiarity with yoga props is necessary.

Class Focus: The class will cover key poses from the Advanced Weekly Classes, including:

• Standing poses
• Seated poses
• Twists
• Backbends
• Choice of inversions or non-inverted alternative poses.

Preparation for Live Classes:

• Visibility: Ensure your video setup allows Rod to see you clearly; check and adjust beforehand.
• Environment: Practice in a well-lit area to improve visibility and interaction.
