Consolidate your transition from the Beginner Extension classes to the Intermediate level with this comprehensive 13-part course. The Intermediate Foundations – Series Two course guides you through the major asana groups and key poses that are fundamental to the intermediate syllabus. Learn the basics of inversions such as sirsasana and sarvangasana whilst deepening your understanding of standing poses, forward bends, backbends and restorative yoga.

Completion of this course will provide you with a strong foundation from which you can start to explore the broader range of weekly intermediate level classes on offer.

  • Individuals who have just completed the Yoga Selection beginners program
  • Those who would like a structured introduction to intermediate level classes
  • This is an intermediate course – at least three months of prior yoga experience is recommended
