Focus

This rejuvenating practice helps to strengthen your leg muscles, open your chest and free up your hips, whilst maximising space around the abdominal region. It will be perfectly suited to times when you are feeling tired or low in energy. It includes poses from a variety of different asana groups and modifies them with supports where necessary to help preserve energy. The class will help to combat the end of year fatigue that many people around the world are feeling at the moment. It includes step by step instructions on how to use yoga props to practice a number of key restorative poses from the Iyengar method.
