This class features a vinyasa-style class focusing on twists. It is a dynamic sequence incorporating movement and breath awareness. Surya namaskar is practiced at regular intervals during the class. It is used as a transition movement to link each of the standing and seated twists in the sequence. This faster paced class relies on minimal yoga props. It will be a great energy boosting way to kick start your yoga practice in 2020.
