This weeks advanced class is a longer duration video incorporating standing poses and inversions. The class emphasises classical Iyengar alignment and instruction. The sequence is a comprehensive presentation of the standing asana group. It will be a rigorous, challenging class for experienced students. Sirsasana and sarvangasana are also included with an emphasis on fundamental Iyengar technique.
